After several years of working in various healthcare settings including hospitals, care homes and care agencies I felt there was an ever growing need in the market for a more personal approach to homecare.
In my time within the healthcare service I noticed that the patient/client wasn’t really treated as a person but more like a number or just another appointment to go to. I decided I wanted to offer a service that ensured the customer felt happy and safe in their own homes.
Our mission and vision
My aim was to offer a personalised, tailor made service designed to suit each person’s own individual need. To run alongside this I wanted to ensure there was an ongoing continuity of staff so the client the chance to get to know their carer, build a relationship with them and feel safe, secure and confident with them.
With this in mind and with the support from my family I set up Aspire HomeCare in June 2015. My business is flourishing and I love that I am able to offer people a service that gives them a better quality of life and helps them to maintain their independence.
without Nicky and her team i don’t know how i would’ve managed after my total hip replacement and death of my nephew as well as my sister needing to return to the south of England following the loss of her son.
i would highly recommend Nicky as your home care assistant. Nicky takes personal pride in everything she does around the home, treating your personal effects with care and respect. trust is a big thing in our society and with Nicky caring for your home, you can be rest assured. always arriving on time, working hard and leaving the house like a sparkling palace.
excellent standard of service. the house is always cleaned perfectly, and Nicky can be trusted in the house on her own whilst i am at work. she is very adaptable and priorities my individual needs. would highly recommend.
